Ambassador Uladzimir Baravikou's participation in the closing ceremony of the 2nd World Cultural Festival in Hanoi

On October 4, 2026, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Uladzimir Baravikou, together with the heads of other foreign missions accredited in Vietnam, participated in the closing ceremony of the 2nd World Cultural Festival in Hanoi.

The ceremony was attended by Vice President of the Vietnamese Women's Union Le Thi Thuy, Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Vietnam Lam Thi Phuong Thanh, representatives of the leadership of the People's Committee of Hanoi City, and other officials.

During the four festival days, residents and guests of the capital of Vietnam had the opportunity to get acquainted with the Belarusian culture and sights of Belarus. Great interest among festival visitors was shown in the book “Where the Song of Life is Sung” published in Hanoi with the poetry of the People's Poet of Belarus Yanka Kupala in Vietnamese translation.
